Sun Dried Tomato & Spinach Bowtie Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 clove(s) garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 1/3 cup(s) pine nuts, toasted
- 2 ounce(s) sun-dried tomatoes, cut into strips
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 pound(s) uncooked bowtie pasta

In a large pan of boiling water, cook bowtie pasta. Drain well and rinse under cold water. Transfer drained pasta to a large salad bowl.
