  • ¾ cup boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 12 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
