Sunday Brunch: Strawberry-Rhubarb Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rhubarb stalks, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 4 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) cold butter, cut into pieces
    • ½ cup light cream
