Sunny Carrot Salad
- 3 cup(s) shredded carrots
- 2 cup(s) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
- ½ cup(s) golden raisins
- 1/3 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup(s) unsalted sunflower kernels
- ½ cup(s) sliced almonds
In large serving bowl, combine carrots, pineapple and raisins. Stir in mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Just before serving, add almonds and sunflower kernels; toss to coat.
