Sunny Frittata

Ingredients

• ¼ cup (1 ounce) reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
• ½ cup diced orange bell pepper
• ²/₃ cup (4 ounces) diced ham
• Cooking spray
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• ¼ teaspoon salt
