  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 1 ½ cup(s) flour
  • 2 ½ cup(s) milk
  • 6 eggs

Beat eggs in blender until thick and lemon colored. Add flour and dry ingredients and blend until smooth. Drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto griddle and spread out. Flip when bubbles form on top. Serve rolled up with butter and cinnamon and sugar, powdered sugar or jam.
