Swedish Pancakes 2

Ingredients

• 5 eggs
• 3 cup(s) milk
• 2 ¼ cup(s) flour
• ¼ cup(s) sugar
• 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
• 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla

Heat griddle to highest temperature 400°. Put all ingredients in large bowl (kitchen-aide mixer works great). Mix completely with beater until lumps are out. Spoon onto griddle using ladle.
