Swedish Pecans 2


  • 1 tablespoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon(s) salt
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • 1 pound(s) pecan halves
  • 1 tablespoon(s) water
  • 1 egg white, beaten

Mix together egg white, water and pecans. Place on a baking sheet. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of pecans. Roast one hour at 250°, turning every 15 minutes. Makes four cups. Makes a great gift.
