Swedish Pineapple Cake 5
Ingredients
- ¾ cup(s) pecans or walnuts, chopped
- ½ cup(s) butter, softened
- ¾ cup(s) sugar
- 1 package(s) cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)
- Frosting
- 1 cup(s) pecans or walnuts, chopped
- ½ cup(s) coconut (optional)

- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 2 cup(s) sugar
- 1 can(s) Pineapple (20 ounce can)
- Cake
Preheat oven to 350° Mix all ingredients from pineapple through nuts. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Combine ingredients for frosting from cream cheese through butter. Beat until smooth. Make sure cake is cool and then frost. Top with nuts.
