  • 1 ¼ pounds fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
  • 3 slices lower sodium bacon
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
