Sweet and Sour Carrot and Cranberry Salad
Ingredients
- 3 carrots, peeled and shredded
- ½ c dried cranberries (Craisins)
- 1 T honey
- 2 t lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 T shelled sunflower seeds
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
