Sweet and Sour Carrot Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup chopped banana pepper
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
  • ½ cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • + 17 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup shredded carrot
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ cup chopped banana pepper
    • ½ cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
    • 3 tablespoons sugar
    • 4 cups fresh bean sprouts
    • ½ cup white vinegar
    • 4 cups fresh bean sprouts
    • ½ cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
    • 1 garlic clove, crushed
    • 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
    • 3 tablespoons sugar

    • ¾ cup shredded carrot

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl, tossing well. Combine the vinegar and remaining ingredients, stirring well with a whisk. Pour the vinegar mixture over sprout mixture, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill.
