Sweet-and-Sour Onion Topping
Ingredients

- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 2-inch-long fresh rosemary sprig
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1/3 cup red-wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
