Ingredients

  • 10 ounces pearl onions
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup red-wine vinegar
  • crostini
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins
