Sweet and Spicy Sausage Bites

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
• onion, chopped
• 1 ¼ pound(s) bulk Italian sausage meat (spicy)
• ½ cup(s) spicy brown mustard
• 3 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh sage (4 or 5 sprigs) slivered
• ¼ cup(s) balsamic vinegar
• 1 cup(s) apricot all-fruit spread or apricot preserves
• + 1 more ingredients
• • 1 cup(s) Italian bread crumbs (a couple of handfuls)
