  • 1 cup grated imported Parmesan cheese
  • 3 pounds sweet potatoes
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 pounds white turnips
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 8 tablespoon unsalted butter
    • 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves
