Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 4 large navel oranges
  • ¾ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • ½ cup chopped pecans
    • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 6 small sweet potatoes (about 2 3/4 lb.)
    • 2 teaspoons orange zest

1. Preheat oven to 425°. Place sweet potatoes on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 425° for 45 minutes or until tender. Let stand 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°. 2.
