  • 8 teaspoons salt
  • 2 ¾ cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons golden brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons fresh sage
  • 16 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 1-pound red-skinned sweet potatoes (yams)
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg

Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place sweet potatoes on plate; microwave on high until tender, about 5 minutes per side. Cut in half and cool.
