Ingredients

  • 80g (1/3 cup) sweet potato puree
  • 50g (¼ cup + 1 tbsp) buckwheat flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour (or use all buckwheat flour – 60g total)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 150ml (½ cup + 2 tbsp) unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract
    • 1-2 tsp maple syrup
    • 1 full tsp gluten free baking powder
    • Chocolate protein sauce
    • 1 tsp desiccated coconut
    • Small handful of toasted pecans roughly chopped
