Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons cold water
  • ½ cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
