Ingredients

  • 1 (15-oz.) can sweetened mashed sweet potatoes*
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ (16-oz.) package won ton wrappers

1. Arrange 1 won ton wrapper on a clean, flat surface. (Cover remaining wrappers with plastic wrap or a damp towel to prevent drying out.) Lightly moisten wrapper with water.
