Sweet Potato Pone 3
Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon(s) nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon(s) grated orange eel
- 3 sweet potatoes peeled & grated (medium)
- 2 eggs (Large)
- 2 cup(s) milk
- 1 ½ tablespoon(s) vanilla extract
- + 1 more ingredients

- ¾ stick(s) unsalted butter, melted (6 T. stick)
Preheat oven to 350° F. Beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl. Beat in remaining ingredients (except sweet potato), stir in sweet potatoes. Pour into a buttered 2 quart soufflé or baking dish. Bake until firm and golden brown, about 2 hours. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
