  • Makes 12 cupcakesHeat the oven to 375°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners. Spray the top of the muffin top with non-stick coating.
  • Sift together the cake flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.
  • Whisk together the sugar, flour, and salt in a small bowl. Whisk in the egg yolks to form a sticky paste.
  • These look so good- one of my favorite desserts!
