Ingredients

  • 1 cup hazelnuts (5 ounces)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • Special equipment: parchment paper
