Sweet Yogurt Cheese with Minted Strawberries

Ingredients

• ¼ cup granulated sugar
• ½ cup plain yogurt
• 6 ounces cream cheese
• ½ cup fresh mint leaves
• ¹/₃ cup water
• 10 large strawberries
• ¼ teaspoon vanilla

Bring water and granulated sugar to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved, and stir in mint. Remove from heat and steep 10 minutes.
