Swirled Blackberry Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • ½ cups sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 cup plus 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon blackberry liqueur or 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Driscoll's Blackberries, divided
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 9 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
    • 3 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs (about 60 cookies)
    • Mint leaves, for garnish
