Swiss Breakfast


  • ½ pound(s) Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 ½ pound(s) sausage, browned
  • 6 eggs, beaten with 2 T. milk
  • 1 package(s) crescent rolls

In a 8" square pan. Pull apart crescent rolls and lay on bottom and sides of pan. Place cooled, browned sausage on top. Cover with egg mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, until cheese melts and the mixture bubbles. Serves 8-10.
