Swiss Brunch Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) mushrooms, drained (4 oz. can)
  • 8 dash(s) black pepper
  • 1 package(s) frozen Potatoes OBrien, thawed & drained (28 ounce bag)
  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • ½ cup(s) Milk
  • 1 cup(s) cottage cheese
  • 10 drop(s) Tabasco
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup(s) bacon bits or crumbled, cooked bacon
    • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
    • 8 ounce(s) shredded Swiss cheese

Combine all ingredients except bacon bits. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with bacon bits. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set in center.
