Ingredients

  • 2 onions, sliced thinly
  • 12 slice(s) white bread, cubed (remove crust, if you wish)
  • ½ pound(s) Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • - ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 cup(s) whole milk

Cook bacon, crisp. Remove from pan and crumble. Cook onion in some of the bacon drippings until soft. Spread half the bread in a 9 x 13 dish.
