  • 8 medium Swiss chard leaves
  • 1 cup whole-milk yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • ½ pound shallots
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
