  • 2 heads garlic
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon plus 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 2 bunches (almost 2 pounds) Swiss chard, stripped of stems and cut into 1-inch pieces (10 cups)
  • Fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
