  • 1 onion, sliced (medium)
  • 1 can(s) diced tomatoes or 15 ounce can tomato sauce (14 ½ ounce can)

Cut steak into serving pieces. Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge meat in seasoned flour. Brown meat in oil in skillet. In bottom of slow cooker place sliced onions.
