Ingredients

  • 2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 can(s) water
  • 1 onion, sliced (medium)
  • 1 pound(s) round steak
  • salt and pepper

Cut round steak into 4-5 pieces and place into 9 x 13 baking pan. Pour soups and water over the top. Stir. Season with salt and pepper and put onion slices on top. Bake uncovered at 350° for 2 1/2 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes.
