Ingredients

  • ½ cup(s) ketchup
  • green pepper, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ cup(s) water
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 ½ pound(s) cubed steak
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
    • ¼ cup(s) flour

Mix flour, salt, pepper and dredge steak through mixture. Brown in small amount of olive or canola oil, add onion and green pepper. Mix water, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce and pour over steak. Cover and simmer 45 minutes - 1 hour.
