Swiss Style Potato and Bacon Philly Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 200 g lean rindless bacon, chopped into pieces
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 180 g Philadelphia Light with Garlic & Herbs
  • 500 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 600 g waxy potatoes, peeled and cut into slices about the thickness of a pound coin

In a frying pan heat the oil and cook the bacon and onion. Put the milk and Philly into a saucepan and heat only until the Philly has melted.
