Tabbouleh Salad
Ingredients
- ¼ teaspoon(s) cumin
- salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon(s) black pepper
- juice of one lemon
- 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 ½ cup(s) diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
- ¼ cup(s) fresh mint, finely chopped

- 2 ½ cup(s) boiling water
- 1 cup(s) medium grind bulgur wheat
In a medium saucepan, pour about 2-1/2 cups of boiling water over 1 cup of medium grind bulgur wheat. Cover the pan and leave it for about 30 minutes.
