Taco Beer Bread


  • 1 package(s) taco seasoning mix
  • 3 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 3 cup(s) self rising flour
  • 1 can(s) beer (room temperature)
  • ½ stick(s) melted margarine
  • 1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese, (divide)
  • ¾ cup(s) salsa (use thick salsa or drain off if too watery)

Butter bread pan. Mix beer, flour, sugar, taco seasoning, salsa and 3/4 C. shredded cheese directly in bread pan. Let rise 15 minutes. Sprinkle remainder of shredded cheese on top.
