  • 3 (8-ounce) packages frozen corn tortillas, thawed
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon pepper
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    • 1 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded

Combine meat, garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a large skillet; cook over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring to crumble.
