Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped cilantro
- ½ teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 teaspoons curry powder

- 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
