Ingredients

  • 66 whole cloves
  • 2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 37 ½ teaspoons unsalted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 18 tablespoons palm sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried milk powder

    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cinnamon stick
    • 3 large egg yolks
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • 2 small pineapples
    • 7 1/3 tablespoons custard powder
