Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt (preferably Greek)
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 pound green cabbage, shredded
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, buttermilk, mayonnaise, and freshly ground black pepper. Add shredded green cabbage. Toss well.
