  • 1 large bag (11 1/2 ounces) milk chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Chocolate sprinkles
