Tarragon Tomato Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, cut into 8 slices
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh tarragon
  • 2 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 1 pint(s) cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
