Tarragon Vinaigrette


  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ cup tarragon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped

Process first 5 ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Turn blender on high, and add oil in a slow, steady stream. Stir in tarragon.
