Tart Pastry


  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 ½ cup(s) butter (3 cubes)
  • 1 ¾ cup(s) powdered sugar
  • 3 ½ cup(s) flour

Mix together and knead slightly. Form into tart shells and bake at 300° for 10 minutes, or until light golden brown. Fill with desired fillings. Tart shells can be kept in freezer, well covered.
