Ingredients

  • salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ stick(s) butter
  • 1 each(s) green, red, and yellow bell peppers
  • 3 pound(s) potatoes with peel

Scrub potatoes and cut into 1/2 - 1 inch pieces. Cut peppers into 1/4 inch strips. Place potatoes and peppers in a baking pan. Slice butter into pats onto potatoes and salt & pepper. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, turning a few times during baking.
