Tea Cake Sandwich Cookies
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup preserves (such as apricot, seedless raspberry, or seedless blackberry)
- 2 ½ tablespoons whole milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ¼ cups unsalted butter
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
