Tender Bibb, Orange, And Bacon Salad

Ingredients

• ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
• 1 cup navel orange sections
• 8 cups torn Bibb lettuce (2 heads)
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon grated fresh orange rind
• + 5 more ingredients
• • 2 cooked bacon slices, crumbled
  • ¹/₃ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Combine olive oil and next 6 ingredients, stirring well with a whisk. . Combine lettuce, orange sections, and onion in a large bowl. Add dressing; toss gently. Top with almonds and bacon. Serve immediately.
