Tender Potato Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 medium potato, peeled and diced
- 2 cups water
- 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
