Tender Potato Rolls

Ingredients

  • 6 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 2 cups water

    • 1 medium potato, peeled and diced

1. Place potatoes in a small saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain, reserving cooking liquid.
