Tender Taro Root Cooked in Coconut Milk
Ingredients
- 1 pound raw taro root, peeled and cut into ½-inch cubes
- 2 ½ cups coconut milk
- ¾ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup palm sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup coconut cream
