  • Avocado Chopped Salad:
  • 2 pound(s) skirt steak
  • 1 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Oregano Leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
  • ¼ cup(s) thinly sliced red onion
  • ½ cup(s) quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, peeled, seeded and cut into ½-inch cubes

    • 2 tablespoon(s) tequila
    • ¾ cup(s) Lawry’s® Baja Chipotle Marinade with Lime Juice, divided
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) McCormick® Garlic Powder
    • 2 teaspoon(s) chopped fresh cilantro
    • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
    • 1 teaspoon(s) grated lime peel
    • ¼ cup(s) chopped fresh cilantro
